Breaking: ICC to question Kuria over Ruto fixing claims
01 October 2015, 15:24
Nairobi - The International Criminal Court ICC has said it will question Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria over allegations he and NARC Kenya leader Martha Karua fixed witnesses to testify against DP William Ruto.
The ICC says that it will be willing to meet Kuria next Friday at Parliament buildings to discuss the matter.
Kuria stated last month during a rally in Mt Elgon that he and Karua had fixed Ruto in his ICC case.
" We would like you to avail yourself to discuss recent reports that you and Ms Martha Karua fixed witnesses leading to prosecutions," a letter seen by News24 read in part.
Kuria had said that he was willing to testify at the ICC.
Karua on her part has denied allegations that she did so.
