Nairobi - Kenya’s biggest rapper Bamboo also known as Simon Kimani, has spoken out on Diamond's rise to fame and success.
Speaking on a radio interview with Mambo Mseto presenter, Mzazi Willy M. Tuva, the rapper applauded Diamond on his success and hard work.
He said that 'though one might not be a fan of his style of music, you have to respect the amount of hardwork and commitment the Tanzanian has out into his career'.
Diamond has been in the limelight after breaking through with tracks like “Moyowangu” and his biggest hits now “Number one” and “Number One remix feat. Davido”.
With his catchy music, and dance styles and winning attitude, it’s no wonder the artist is at the top of every chart in Africa.
He is set to do a collaboration with Kenya’s own Victoria Kimani, who also happens to be Bamboo’s younger sister, and Ommy.
With a resume like his, it is no wonder he has caught the attention of big artists such as Bamboo.
