Nyeri - Othaya MP, Mary Wambui has asked Machakos Senator, Johnstone Muthama to offer an apology to all women of Kenya for disrespecting them.
Wambui alleged that Muthama made lewd and defamatory remarks about Devolution and Planning Cabinet Secretary, Ann Waiguru during a political rally at Uhuru Park on Wednesday last week.
Wambui stated that the Senator offended Kenyan women and thus has to ask for forgiveness.
Speaking in Othaya town, the MP said Muthama’s remarks were an insult to the Presidency as she also accused him of inciting teachers who have been on strike over salary demands.

The Senator has been on the receiving end after he alluded that Waiguru was the President’s lover.
Dagoretti South MP, Dennis Waweru has already filed a complaint against Muthama over the same.
“The list of laws Senator Muthama abused on live television through his utterances is endless. The Senator implied that Uhuru favours Waiguru more than other CSs, and for reasons other than her professionalism and diligence,” Waweru said.
