01 July 2014, 18:03 Eugene Odanga

Nairobi - Anto Neo-Soul is a name and a brand that has rocked the Kenyan music scene since his entry a few years back. He broke through to the masses with his energetic style of funky neo-soul with songs like “Chips Funga”, “Paid My Dues”, “Qwerty Love” and most recently “Addicted”.

His fan base has grown and spread throughout the country and beyond and I slowly inching towards the illusive “Global Brand” status.

“StarBorn”, his latest album sees him shoot up the Kenyan music charts.

He is currently on tour around the country to promote his album. This weekend sees him heading to the Coastal town of Mombasa to perform at the Sarova WhiteSands hotel, and will be featuring fellow artist Jaya. The event which is part of the Starborn Album tour is brought to you in partnership with Pine creek Studios, Sarova White Sands, Resolution Insurance and Barclays Bank. It is set to take place this Saturday July 5, 2014 with advance tickets going for KES 300 and KES 500 at the gate.

Tickets are available online at ticketsasa.com.

According to Anto himself, the event is going to be one to remember and his fans should make their way down to the coast this weekend.
