Airtel launches Visa Card in Nyeri

Nyeri - A mobile communication service provider, Airtel Kenya has unveiled a Visa Card to its mobile money transfer customers in Nyeri region.
The Visa Card will allow Airtel customers to withdraw money from Visa Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), according to the company’s managing director, Adil Youssefi.
Adil said Airtel users will not require an agent to conduct financial transactions since the new card can withdraw from any ATM in Kenya.
Speaking in Nyeri, Adil said the development is aimed at ensuring Airtel remains committed in ensuring their products and services are of world class quality.
“We stay committed to offering products and services that are relevant to the Kenyan population. We appreciate our customers for the immense support and loyalty,” said Adil.

“Our Visa card is safe, secure and free to acquire,” he added.
He further noted that the agreement to acquire subscribers of Yu mobile are complete and subscribers will continue enjoying adequate communication services from Airtel.
“We would like to assure our customers that they will experience consistent products and quality services,” said Adil.
The MD spoke in Nyeri town after opening a 'state-of-the-art' branch in the town.
