Nairobi -Barely 24 hours after dancing with the President of the
United States of America, Kenya’s biggest musical group Sauti Sol were busy
rocking a completely sold out concert in Kigali Rwanda.
The group have been on
a streak for some time now, selling out concerts across Africa and Europe, and
just recently dancing with the most powerful man in the world. This weekend
they received quite some love from their Rwandese fans who showed up in their
thousands to watch them perform live.
The group posted a picture of the packed crowd, writing a
short thank you message to them which read; “Thank you Kigali for the massive
show of support. We had a ball. Let's do it again !!! #SoledOUT.”
the concert, the group also took time to visit the Rwandese Genocide
Memorial, to pay tribute to the over 1 million people that were lost during the fighting.
