Nairobi - When it comes to
Afropop, it is hard to mention artists without starting with Zimbabwe’s very
own Oliver Mtukudzi.
He has singlehandedly managed to revolutionize the face
of African music, walking hand in hand with some of the greatest African
artists like FelaKuti and Hugh Masekela.
Oliver makes his way to Kenya for the
7th Edition of the Koroga Festival, headlining at the event.
The festival has
slowly grown to become one of the most respected and attended musical events in
Kenya. The 6th edition of the festival saw the return of the queen
of Africa Yvonne Chaka Chaka to Kenya.
She was backed up by FenaGitu and Nameless,
making the show one of the most memorable. The 7th edition looks to
be even better, making it a must attend event.
Tickets are going for KES 1000 (Early Bird) and KES 1500 (Advance). Get your
tickets on TicketSasa by clicking here.
