8 things that break relationships
31 July 2015, 19:14
Some things kill relationships instantly. Here are a few.
Poking your partner on everything. Thinking that you are
only reminding them when in hindsight you are turning into a tape recorder. It
does not matter if you think you are helping, at times it pays off to just stay
mum and mind your own business. They are adults not children.
Lying even about the tiniest thing will set off a red flag
for any partner that you have. Especially if they later come to realize that
you lied. Small lies always become huge lies.
Everything that is good or can make you happy has to have a
materialistic item attached to it. Otherwise you will not appreciate it.
Dreamer but a non-doer
Those people who will talk your ear of on what they can do.
What they wish they could do and what they would hope to gain. The problem is,
they never take the right steps towards achieving it. They are just there. They
are a red flag because they will pull you down with them. You can never
progress with them.
The potential that never develops
They had potential two years ago and to date there is no
progress in that quarter. They are comfortable with the potential that they
seem to be defined with. Maybe it is fear of taking a risk or fear of failing.
They just haven’t grown yet.
The blamer. They can never account for their part in
anything and like living like they walk on water. They are quick to point out
the wrong in others but never see any of theirs.
The one who never lets up on anything. They criticize their
partner on everything that they do. Just because you want the best for someone
does that allow you to pick on them on their efforts. You should learn to know
when you are handing out positive criticism as compared to being an arrogant
person who thinks they know it all. No one likes a know it all.
No matter what effort you put in they are the ones that will
be quick to point out any negative aspects. They never see the positive in
anything but are too happy to give their two cents on everything.
