7 causes of painful sex for women

Nairobi - Sex can be painful. Here are some causes.
enough foreplay=no lubrication
I could have just said no lubrication but
some people are clueless that foreplay actually helps. It depends with the
woman though, some are ready at the drop of a hat while others need the
foreplay. And if you cannot make the time or effort, neither of you will enjoy
it because she will be dry. Dry sex is what will cause friction, that will
cause burning, that will cause pain for her and finally her not looking forward
to it anytime soon.
The minute as a woman, you spot something
different going on down there, you need to go get a check-up. Don’t
self-medicate or go natural- it might not be what you think or what Google
says. That area is very sensitive- just get a check-up. Sores are major
culprits in painful sex.
If you have had rough sex, too much sex, 10
hours sex (for the ninjas) - you have had inflammation. Unless you are special.
This is when a woman tells you she is too sore. That means she will not enjoy
it, it will be painful.
The other cause of inflammation is
infection, in this case; get a check-up!
Medication that cause the vagina to dry up
which leads to no lubrication and you guessed it, painful sex.
If you see a different climate down there,
get a check-up. It might actually be an STD. Herpes, although it takes ages to
spot it, is one of those culprits.
is not into it, turned on
If she is not there, you will know but you
will insist and you will not enjoy it because the woman’s brain is very
powerful. It controls her emotions and directly her sex life as well.
You have to wait until you heal. Your
husband might persuade you differently but if you have not healed properly, the
pain will kill you.
