6 things healthy things every woman needs to do

Taking care of our bodies should be at the top of our list for every woman and here are six things our bodies definitely need this year.
1) A screening test
Last year all of the attention our breasts and cervix got was mostly in the form of lingerie and over eager male friends! This year a pap smear and a breast examination is our goal number 1.
Early detection of breast and cervical cancer saves lives! Be proactive about your health by staying on top of necessary screenings and health care visits.
Screen your breasts,cervix,blood pressure,diabetes etc to help you identify possible early signs of developing diseases like breast cancer,cervical cancer,diabetes etc.
As part of a preventive care, visit to assess health, lifestyle and health risks.
2) Some definition
Goal number 2 is to look good naked! 2015 was full of well concealed flab thanks to waist trainers,2016 we need to see some shape in our naked silhouette regardless of our natural body habitus. To achieve this then change of lifestyle is important starting with eating the right food at the right time.
Carrying on with toxins of right through will weigh you down.
Toxic agents are everywhere in our world. The food we eat, the air we breathe, the household cleaners we spray, the electronics we use on a daily basis.
It could be a week of eating just fruits or a decision to drink at least 3 litrers of water every day. Whatever it is, your body will thank you. Goal number 3 is to go green!
Smoking, binge drinking, over-eating, starvation, multiple random unprotected sexual intercourse, sleeping with makeup on, drug abuse- laxatives, psychoactive drugs, herbal concoctions, bitters and lack of sleep will make you age like a tossed aside, beat up car! What's your poison? Goal number 4 is to go to a personal or organized rehab for a new you and a new life.
Too busy with work to hit the gym? Make a plan and start exercising .
According to scientific study, you might not want to wait until it's convenient to start exercising, because getting fit might be linked to better health for the rest of your life. Exercising daily keeps the extra pounds off this is really important to lose weight.
Drinking water either plain or in the form of other fluids or foods is essential to your health. From maintaining the balance of your body fluid,controlling your calories to a hydrated,healthy looking skin.
Water is also linked to reducing your chances of cancer by cleaning your arteries.
Think of water as a nutrient your body needs that is present in liquids, plain water, and foods. All of these are essential daily to replace the large amounts of water lost each day.
