05 May 2016, 15:17 Philomenah Chebet

Keeping relationships can be challenging sometimes due to factors like busy schedules, work, and children among other and therefore making the relationship boring.

Below are five sure ways to keep your relationship alive and licking:

1. Reassure and remind your partner that you love them daily

A feeling of being loved gives one joy and confidence in the other and the more it is said makes the heart fonder and keeps the fire of love burning.

2. Send a Love Note

A love note is always romantic and can bring a lot of change in a long term relationship. Handwritten love letters may be a thing of the past, but they do magic to relationships. Sometimes it’s easier than saying it aloud.

3. Share a passionate hug

When you embrace your partner, it brings you closer to him or her and each one feels good and loved especially when you prolong it a bit like for 30 seconds. It does well for people in a relationship.

4. Change the looks of your bedroom once in a while

Changing the arrangement of the bedroom gives it a new look and adds something on your partner’s feelings. Add new pillows, change the color of your light bulbs, rearrange the furniture and change the sheets to break the visual monotony of your home it will make it look new and warm for both partners.

5. Outings

Having some time out of the home gives the couple time to talk and enjoy each others company. It also brings a feeling of togetherness as you can have all the time for yourselves with phones away and without any distractions.
