Nairobi - 41 more MPs have signed up to help push through an impeachment motion to have Devolution CS Anne Waiguru be kicked out of office over corruption allegations.
Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter said Wednesday that he has secured over 120 signatures which will help pass through the motion to have Waiguru kicked out of office.
He said that the signatures will be presented to Speaker Justin Muturi for the motion to get going.
" I have over 120 MPs here who have signed. We are tired of this Waiguru saga and want the end of it," he said at Parliament buildings.
The move will be yet another tester for the under-fire Waiguru who has survived several attempts to have her removed from office over severe graft at the Devolution ministry.
She is accused of overseeing losses of as much as KES 3 billion, with a further KES 45 billion spending also yet to be fully accounted for.
