4 signs they are cheating
18 September 2015, 15:31
Nairobi - The best liars are the ones that actually tell you the truth and never a lie. You will know where they are, with whom and what they are doing. That does not make you smart, it makes them smart. For example: you called him or are at the parking lot making sure he is at work just like he said. You even have the secretary’s number and have called her to confirm where he is. He is at work, he is with his secretary and they are working!
Tell tale 1. The phone
It had to be on the list. If they never allow you to use their phone when you are out of credit, or they dial the number for you and stand by to end the call for you then they clearly do not want you to see something. If they are not cheating, they are still hiding something so what is it; secret flirting, texting / sexting and names that do not make sense.
Tell tale 2. Weekend trips that you are never invited to
This one is for the married people or those in live-in long term relationships. If you do not have a good relationship with their side of the family, they know you are not going to call anyone to confirm. Easiest ruse is when they like going to visit the folks in the rural home and they know you will not offer to go with them if there is no electricity, running water and you cook using firewood.
Tell tale 3. Out of the blue declarations
When you catch someone, your partner, staring at you and out of nowhere they are like, ‘I love you’, it may be just that but when you are questioning it, your gut is right. You know they are not over-affectionate, neither do they like PDA and they are not the type for affirmation. Your gut is right.
Tell tale 4. Gifts
They are compensating for guilt. It is not your birthday, an anniversary, a commemoration or anything special. You have not won an award or done something exemplary. Gifts are good, we like gifts but when someone was never generous and out of nowhere they are; you are in trouble.
