Nairobi - Having a long relationship is not easy. How can you manage one though?
Avoid being the type that keeps bringing up the past in

grudges even with their supposed ‘loving’ partner. When you can turn around and

worse. Grudges also build bitterness because even a though at a low situation

situations that they are reacting to. You do not have to know everything
neither do you have to be part and parcel to every situation. A partner is
invited and when their opinion is given, it is not to tell them next time, ‘I told
you so’, ‘you should have come to me’ or ‘I knew you could not solve it without
