4 reasons sex is a must

Nairobi - I am not saying that sex should be used as a solution to
every situation but it helps to some extent in reaching your partner. You reach
them and then solve the subject. Not reach them and doze off to forget the
matter. That is not how it should work.
It is another way of getting your partner to open up to you
Sex creates emotional intimacy and that is the first step of
reaching your partner if they were not comfortable talking to you about something.
Blame it on oxytocin or the other intimacy hormone but your partner feels
closer to you. If you are not having sex at all, you find that your partner
slowly distances themselves from you emotionally and that means you are headed
for disaster. They will look for that intimacy elsewhere.
If you want them to actually talk to you about something you
know has been bothering them, after sex is the best time.
A way of comforting your partner
I At times your partner does not want to talk because it was
a bad time/ day, when they are sad, or any other emotional turmoil. The
hormones produced during sex do actually work to calm someone down in the
aftermath. They might still not want to engage in any conversation afterwards
but they feel a little better enough to calm down.
It helps build trust in a relationship
When you can tell them what is not working for you. When you
two are able to actually tell the other what they are doing wrong or right. It
helps them know that you cared enough to let them know something was not
working out rather than going out and looking for it elsewhere. It creates a
sense of deep honesty in a relationship.
It creates a closer bond
Refer to all the above pointers and also the hormones that
are produced. Sex actually just makes you closer in the simplest way possible.
You can build from there if that relationship is important to you but not use
it as a foundation.
