4 critically injured airlifted to Nairobi for treatment

Nairobi - 4 critically injured persons have been airlifted to Nairobi for specialized treatment following the Garissa University College attack.
The 4, who had several gunshot wounds were airlifted at 10.33 AM local time to Nairobi as they need specialized treatment.
Kenya Red Cross officials confirmed that the four need treatment quickly as well as lots of blood and thus the need to fly them to Nairobi.
The Red Cross also confirmed that there were more who will need to be airlifted and that more helicopters were on the way to pick them up.
The attack at the University has so far claimed 8 lives, according to the Red Cross but it is expected that the number will rise as there are still many hostages in the university grounds and many areas yet to be scoured by personnel.
