3 ways to survive a bad marriage

Nairobi - At times it is not as easy as leaving when you have invested
a lot in something.
Have a plan
This going to end two ways; you are still there because you
are clueless beyond the bad place you are in now. So you decide, are you
willing to try and make it work or you are done! Most couples never really
think about it but just make rush decisions. For example: waking up one day and
leaving without a plan then after two months of running around each other in circles,
you decide you can go back and try being in love again. You haven’t solved the
problem just swept it under the rug until the next time it pops up. Then
someone is packing bags and children again until they come back again.
Try to re-open communication channels
Most things that go wrong with any relationship is when
people do not know how to communicate to each other. You get angry so you do
not talk. You get mad so you sulk. The worst is when you start talking about
your partner to other people rather than actually talk to them. Two years to
listen more and one mouth to talk less. Don’t let anger not give your partner a
chance to actually talk to you because you do not like the direction they are
going with the conversation. Learn to listen to your partner and learn to know
the proper way to reach them in a conversation.
When something does not feel right that is because it is not
The minute you feel like your relationship is deteriorating,
address the issue. Know when and how to approach things in your marriage and
address them before it gets worse because it always does. Nothing gets easier
or better if you just ignore it. That is why I said it can only ever go one of
the two ways. End it or address it and make it work if you still want to be around
