Regular exercise gives us a sense of accomplishment, which increases confidence levels and makes us feel emboldened! a more powerful, motivated and confident woman makes for one great partner! It also raises your self – esteem.
Working out has been proven to have not just a physical, but also a psychological effect on our bodies. It increases blood flow throughout your body, including your lady parts, also increasing sexual desire!

Did you know just moderate exercise, for 20-30 minutes a day can put you in a better mood? Physical activity stimulates the production of endorphins (happy chemicals) and reduces stress hormones not just momentarily, but in long-term. Research also shows that those who workouts more often are better able to handle stressful or anxious situations, in and out of a relationship.
