We know relationships take lots of energy to work out. Between managing a career,  a side-hustle, family demands and achieving your goals, it can be difficult to keep the love flowing. You might think the last thing you need is one more thing to add to your already overflowing to-do list, but did you know that exercise can do wonders for you and your partner?

Here are three ways exercise can spice up  your relationship.

Boosts confidence

Confidence actually plays a significant role in the quality of our lives, not -excluding our relationships. Regular exercise gives us a sense of accomplishment, which increases confidence levels and makes us feel emboldened! a more powerful, motivated and confident woman makes for one great partner! It also raises your self – esteem.

Boosts sexuality

Working out has been proven to have not just a physical, but also a psychological effect on our bodies. It increases blood flow throughout your body, including your lady parts, also increasing sexual desire!

Boosts your mood

Did you know just moderate exercise, for 20-30 minutes a day can put you in a better mood? Physical activity stimulates the production of endorphins (happy chemicals) and reduces stress hormones not just momentarily, but in long-term. Research also shows that those who workouts more often are better able to handle stressful or anxious situations, in and out of a relationship.
