3 men deny stealing 10 tons of fuel

Mombasa - Three men have been charged before a Mombasa law court for stealing 10 tons of fuel valued at KES 500,000.
George Gikuhi Ndungu,John Njimu and Feisal Mohammed denied all the charges before senior resident magistrate Richard Odenyo.
It’s alleged that on February 18 2013 at Saimboit ship contractors in Changamwe within Mombasa county jointly with others stole 10 tons of oil fuel valued KES 500,000.
The three were also charged with forging a gate pass at Saimboit ship contractors on unknown dates purporting it to be a genuine gate pass issued by Saimboit ship contractors.
George Ndungu was separately charged with unlawfully assaulting James Mwangi Wambui thereby causing actual body harm to him.
The accused were released on a bond of KES 500,000 with a surety the case will be heard on May 19.
