Nairobi - Three KNH nurses were Monday charged for the murder of a cancer patient at the facility.
The three were charged alongside a cleaner and others not before court.
The four were arrested Friday on suspicion that they killed Cosmas Mutunga who was found dead in his hospital bed on November 28, 2015.
The 42-year-old cancer patient was allegedly beaten to death.
One of his eyes had also been gorged out with police saying he appeared to have been hit with a blunt object on the head.
They however denied the charges and were remanded until October 31 when their application for bail will be heard and determined.
Nurses Monday held protests against the arrest and prosecution of the four, saying they had been used as scapegoats.
