Nairobi - An MP says that the 2017 General Elections will be a landslide win for President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Starehe MP Maina Kamanda says that the opposition CORD Coalition cannot raise its hand against the President as he is far and away the most popular person for the Presidency.
He says that the elections will see an easy win for the ruling coalition and end the careers of some of the senior CORD politicians.
" The elections will be straightforward. The President will be Uhuru Kenyatta come 2017," Kamanda told News24.
" It is clear that the people of the country are not keen on the opposition and will re elect President Kenyatta come the elections," he added.
The 2017 elections will be hotly contested between the two main leaders, Uhuru and CORD leader Raila Odinga.
