A member of the public apparently overheard them making their plans Tuesday evening and informed Police who tailed them early Wednesday morning.
" We received intelligence from a member of the public who overheard the thugs making their plans, having also earlier seen them canvassing the area," Central Police OCPD Paul Wanjama said.
" It is prudent that members of the public help to weed out insecurity and such cases help," he added.
A Ceska Pistol as well as 13 rounds of ammunition were recovered in the incident.
