Nairobi - Two International Criminal Court ICC investigators met with Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria over the alleged fixing of Deputy President William Ruto at the Hague based court.
The two investigators met Kuria at a Nairobi hotel.
Kuria could not disclose the reason for or whereabouts of the investigators but only stated that he was now open minded about testifying for Ruto at the ICC.
His lawyer, former Garsen MP Danson Mungatana stated that the investigators had not asked many questions.
" They did not ask much but that is the preliminary stage and we will take it from there," he told News24.
On whether they had shown a willingness to admit Kuria's statement as part of the evidence at the ICC, Mungatana stated that it was a continuous process.
" That is a continuous process and we will take it as it comes for now," he added.
Kuria has said he is willing to testify at the ICC and has accused some senior politicians of fixing Ruto together with him.
Those accused are CORD leader Raila Odinga, Siaya Senator Anyang Nyong'o and NARC Kenya leader Martha Karua.
They have all denied the allegations.
