'Rossi doesn't want to put in effort'

Casey Stoner has slammed Valentino Rossi's return to Yamaha, saying it's
a clear indication that the Italian wasn't willing to put in the hard
yards with Ducati.
Stoner is Ducati's most successful rider to date, winning 10 grands prix
in 2007 on his way to his first World Championship. He remained with
Ducati for another three seasons before swapping to Honda while Rossi
left Yamaha and took up the challenge at Ducati, whose form had slumped.
Rossi and his crew chief Jeremy Burgess put part of the blame for that
slump on Stoner, adamant that with Rossi on the bike Ducati would once
again be fighting for the title.
