Abuja – If you think guys are a mystery, consider this: even guys are stumped by the mysterious creature living inside their pants.

But sometimes there are valid reasons for a guy not getting it up, Women’s Health reports.

He’s depressed

Doctors say if a guy his down, so is his little guy. That’s because there is a depletion of neurotransmitters that tells his little dude to get up from a slumber. Like hitting snooze does to you on a Monday.

He’s stressed

Stress raises the cortisol levels, but it unfortunately doesn’t raise his member. It lowers the production of testosterone and makes your man feel like a mouse.

He doesn’t get sack time

That might have sounded dirtier than it is, but if guys don’t get more than five hours of sleep a night for more than a week or so, their testosterone levels drop to a level they would be at in about 15 years.
