Nairobi - Break ups, lets admit… BIG TIME! You feel that constant
sting and heavy stomach.
For whatever reason you and your partner broke up there can
still be feelings of bitterness and resentment.
However despite the heart pain there are a few things we
should avoid in this time of vulnerability. Here are the 10 no-no’s.

Pretend you’re fine
Cry. Punch a pillow. Surround
yourself with friends who listen. Whatever, it takes to get over the initial
shock and sorrow.
Don’t let pride get the better
of you, instead be honest with your emotions. It is normal to feel anger and
humiliation but being true to your emotions allows for growth.

friendships emerge from breakups. One has to also be able to deal with your ex
