Meet the Kenyan Hustlers and Gatherers
20 June 2014, 11:50
Nairobi - Half of Kenyans are hustlers and the other half are gatherers, according to a comedy that is showing at Alliance Française Auditorium.
‘Kenyan Hustlers and Gatherers’ is a production of Heartstrings Entertainment which has been running from June 17 and ends on June 29, 2014.
The producer defines a hustler as ‘the handworker who does all the work’, and a gatherer as ‘the one who fraudulently eats the fruits of that work’.
According to comedy, hustlers exit the country in masses to live in other countries because their fruits of hard work are being eaten by the gatherers - thieves, robbers, corrupt, liars, philanderers, fornicators, tribalists among others.
To find out where you lie, you can book your space for KES 500. The comedy shows at 6pm on weekdays and 3pm and 6pm on weekends.
