It's over for Funke Akindele and her husband!

16 July 2013, 17:39

Lagos - Nollywood actress, Funke ‘Jenifa’ Akindele and her husband Kehinde ‘Almaroof’ Oloyede, have announced their separation after being married for just over a year, The Street Journal reports.

Oloyede posted on his Facebook wall on Monday that he and Akindele had agreed to separate because of irreconcilable differences but will remain good friends. He later deleted this post but made another post stating that marrying Akindele was his greatest mistake.

Akindele’s publicist confirmed the separation and disclosed that even though the couple had problems, the actress hoped it keep the information quiet before it was posted on Facebook.
