Gospel duo Mary Mary to perform in SA

15 February 2013, 10:22

Johannesburg - Take the shackles off your feet - Mary Mary is coming to South Africa, reports Sowetan Live.

The Grammy-winning gospel duo is set to perform at the Rhema Bible Church in Randburg, Johannesburg on 13 March.

It will be a one-night-only performance.

The group is made up of sisters Tina and Erica Campbell who won their fourth Grammy award - Best Gospel Song for Go Get It - at this year's ceremony.

Sowetan Live reports that only 5000 tickets will be made available, even though the venue can accommodate 7000, according to Base Africa Media's publicist Sonia Motaung.

The opening acts have not yet been revealed, but a number of young gospel singers will be featured.
