Denzel Washington lays down the law in his new movie The Equalizer

Los Angeles - One of our favorite movie star is back with another film that promises to be a box office success. 

In The Equalizer, the American Gangster actor, Denzel Washington stars as McCall, a former black ops commando who has faked his death to live a quiet life in Boston.

He comes out of his self-imposed retirement to rescue a young girl, Teri, played by Chloë Grace Moretz.

Denzil’s character finds himself face to face with violent Russian gangsters. He dishes out vengeance against those who brutalize the helpless.

The film also stars Marton Csokas, David Harbour, Bill Pullman and Melissa Leo.

The action thriller is written by Richard Wenk and directed by Antoine Fuqua.

The movie is set to be released on 26 September 2014.
