National Bank's message to its customers

09 April 2016, 18:25 Pauline Nyumu

Nairobi - National Bank of Kenya has assured its customers on operations.

In a statement released Friday, the bank said: "National Bank of Kenya takes this opportunity to reassure all customers, shareholders and all Kenyans of good will that the bank’s functions at all our branches countrywide and the head office continue to run normally."

This came even as the Inspector General of Police ordered the arrest of five of its executives over unethical business practices.

The bank also assured to cooperate with the government regarding the five and promised to ensure "smooth operations as we continue to deliver on our ‘Bank on Better’ promise to you."
