Petrol hits KES 121

Nairobi - According to Capital News reports, as the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) announced higher fuel prices in its latest review, motorists will have to part with a little more for petrol at the pump for the next month.
Super petrol will now retail at KES 121.13 in Nairobi, as Diesel dips slightly to sell at KES 108.79, while kerosene has risen to retail at KES 87.
In his statement, ERC Director General Kaburu Mwirichia said within the last few weeks there had been a downward trend in the price of crude and refined petroleum products in the international market.
