Kenya’s inflation eases slightly in December

Nairobi - Capital News reports that Kenya’s overall inflation rate has dropped further to 3.20 percent in December, compared to 3.25 percent in November.
The Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS) attributed the drop to price decreases on some food products.
The average price of two kilograms of sifted maize flour decreased by 1.9 percent from KES 114.52 in November to KES 112.36 in December while one kilo of green grams dropped to KES 118.46 from 119.67 in November.
