KES186m joint housing project

Nairobi - Housing Finance has partnered with a landowner in Riruta in a KES186 million joint venture to construct 328 flats comprising of one, two and three bedrooms.
Speaking during the ground breaking of Precious Gardens, Housing Finance Managing Director Frank Ireri said joint ventures will enable the firm to raise its involvement in the supply of middle to lower income housing, Capital News reports.
Ireri added that joint ventures will also aid in addressing speculative land prices in the sector.
