Nairobi - The Standard reports more than 68,000 graduates have been blacklisted as loan defaulters by the Higher Education Board (Helb) and their names presented to the Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).
They include those who are either in employment or still unemployed.
This means that they will not be able to access credit from any
financial institution for a period not less than seven years from the
time they complete their last loan repayment installments.
