Nairobi - The government has been barred from appointing a new National Social Security Fund (NSSF) boss until a court rules on a case against Labour Cabinet Secretary Kazungu Kambi.
According to Daily Nation, Industrial Court judge Nzioki wa Makau stopped the government from advertising the post and also halt plans to replace Tom Odongo.
Odongo challenged his sacking by Kambi in court saying that the minister breached the law and his decision was illegal and unconstitutional.
