EAC countries more business-friendly

Nairobi - A report from the World Bank shows that it is getting easier for local entrepreneurs to do business in the five economies of the East African Community (EAC), The Independent reports.
The report, Doing Business in the East African Community 2013, states that Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda have all implemented at least one business regulatory reform in 2011/12 that benefits local entrepreneurs.
According to the report, a total of nine regulatory reforms were implemented in the EAC countries from June 2011 to June 2012.
