Deadline looms for Ivory Coast results

Abidjan - The midnight deadline for the release of Ivory Coast's provisional election results is hours away but the deadlocked electoral commission has still not issued results from any precinct.
Electoral commission members and diplomats allowed to enter the commission's office on Wednesday told reporters that the feuding parties had agreed on results from 13 of the 19 regions. They were deadlocked on four regions - all strongholds of opposition leader Alassane Ouattara.
The campaign chief for incumbent President Laurent Gbagbo held a media conference to say they were asking for all four regions to be invalidated.
Campaign director Pascal Affi N'Guessan says they have evidence of voter intimidation in those precincts.
